  Would give zero stars if it was possible. Was told by LG Australia that Roe-Aire was their only authorized repairer for Alice Springs. Gave them a call to arrange a warranty repair...well they could not be less interested. Asked when they would be able to come around to look at our fridge/freezer and was advised that they could not give me any sort of date/time, not even an estimate or ballpark guess as to when they could do it. it was a case of we'll give you a call when we're good and ready. Roe-Aire...no thanks!

  I was asked by my caravan manufacturer and Dometic to contact Roe-Aire to have the caravan fridge looked at. She was not interested and said she would get back to me after speaking to her manager but of course she never did.

  I also would give this company a minus star if possible. The woman who seems to run the place is a reject from the Basil Faulty School of Customer Relations. So rude, she told me to stop talking when I was trying to explain the problem.
